Purpose:
Create a website that's accessible to all ranges of users, from the most basic home user, to experienced businesses. The website needed to be used by children as a base of research material, and by adult users.

Speedy download times and instant access to research material were vital elements that needed to be considered when creating this website. Use of graphics was exchanged for high speed access and instant document retrieval.
